Course Structure

This course is delivered over five consecutive days, combining 60% workshop-based learning and 40% focused theory. Each day builds upon the previous, structured as follows:

Troubleshooting Essentials
Repair and Maintenance Techniques
Software, Firmware, and Optimization
Advanced Skills and Capstone Project

Each day includes instructor-led sessions and hands-on labs where you will interact with actual mining hardware and diagnostic tools.

What You Will Learn

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

Identify, assemble, and disassemble mining rigs, including ASIC, GPU, and FPGA models
Diagnose hardware and software issues using industry-standard diagnostic tools
Perform repairs on hash boards, power supplies, fans, and other key components
Configure mining software and update firmware for optimal performance
Use remote monitoring tools to track rig health and maximize efficiency
Complete a final capstone project that simulates real-world mining operations

Capstone Project

You will complete a hands-on assessment designed to demonstrate your full range of skills:

Diagnose and repair a simulated hardware failure
Develop a comprehensive maintenance and optimization plan for a mining operation

Course Requirements

No prior mining experience is required. However, comfort with basic electronics and computer hardware is recommended.

All tools and equipment will be provided onsite, including:

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): safety gloves, glasses, and antistatic gear
Diagnostic tools: multimeters, thermal imagers, soldering kits, and more
Hardware: access to real mining rigs and spare components
Software: laptops pre-installed with mining diagnostic and configuration tools

Certificate of Completion

Upon successful completion of the course and capstone project, you will receive a Certificate of Completion. This credential verifies your technical capabilities and readiness for roles in mining farm operations, repair services, or freelance technical support in the Bitcoin mining sector.
